Question 1

How long will it take to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Your order can take anywhere from 2 to 20 business days depending on how customized the piece is. Most orders ship within 3 business days, with 2-3 day delivery after that. Anything needing more than about 6 days to ship is usually on backorder, which is noted on the product itself.

Question 2

When will I receive my pre-order?

Accepted Answer

A pre-order means the item isn't available yet and you're reserving it ahead of its public release. Pre-orders ship within 2-3 weeks of ordering.

Question 3

I placed my order a few days ago. Where's my tracking number?

Accepted Answer

Nearly all orders ship within 72 hours. If it's been longer than that and you still don't have a tracking number, email opulence.bsi@hotmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

Question 4

Which shipping methods do you use?

Accepted Answer

USPS First-Class and Priority, plus ePacket for select destinations.

Question 5

Do you ship internationally?

Question 6

I didn't receive my package but tracking shows it as delivered. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

File a missing mail claim directly with USPS (usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm) since we aren't able to file one on your behalf as the sender. You'll need your tracking number and our return address: Opulence Clothing, PO Box 3284, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. USPS typically starts investigating within a day and updates you by email and phone, so keep an eye on your spam folder too. Once USPS confirms the package is truly lost, send us their final investigation email and we'll get you a replacement or refund.

Question 7

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our secure checkout, along with pay-over-time options like Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay when available at checkout.

Question 8

What's your privacy policy?

Question 9
