• Regular priced Items bought on OPULENCECLOTHING.com will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the purchase date.

• All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume.

• Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non refundable.  All tags must be attached when returned. Orders that were shipped for "Free" will have $4 deducted from their refund to cover the original shipping costs.

• If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you.

• Please note: all sale items or items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE.

• To make a return or exchange please fill out the form BELOW and send back with your returned merchandise WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. Once your return parcel is received processing time is 7-10 business days to process your return.

• Return S/H is to be paid by the customer. Returns shipping labels provided by us are NOT included in returns. 

• All international orders must have returned postage dating no later than 7 days from the date it was received. Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
