Welcome to Opulence Clothing. By using opulenceclothing.com (the "Site") or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders & shipping
- Prices include shipping within the continental US unless stated otherwise. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
- Cancellation: orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, an order may already be in processing or transit and can no longer be canceled.
- Damage in transit: if your order arrives damaged, email us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair, replace with an agreed alternative, or refund.
2. Intellectual property
All photographs, videos, written guides, text, and branding on the Site are the copyrighted property of Opulence Clothing. You may not copy, imitate for sale, use for AI training, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without written permission. Customers sharing photos of their purchase with credit are always welcome.
3. Accounts & conduct
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the Site, infringe our content, misuse discount or access mechanisms, or commit fraud. You may close your account at any time.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Square (cards) and, where offered, Stripe with Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay (pay-over-time). Your agreement with those providers governs the payment itself. Pay-over-time plans are credit products offered by those providers, not by us.
5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item or service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts of Hillsborough County, Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; continued use of the Site after changes means acceptance. Questions: send a message from your account.
